Product is Overall Somewhat Mediocre

I was so excited for this product! I follow the siblings one social media and was super interested in the flavors. Black sesame is one of my favorite flavors of all time in desserts so I thought why not give it ago.

Unfortunately I do find the flavors to be lacking.

The products also arrived covered in a powdery residue on the outside of the containers - no problem but just FYI.

I got this because I love taro flavor and the color and it hasn't tasted powdery or too sweet or artificial like other protein powders. I also find it fairly easy to mix, very convenient.

Would buy again, just some comments!

This is my second time buying. I usually mix these with frozen fruit for a smoothie or yogurt for protein yogurt. I really liked this flavor and black sesame. I don't like thickeners like guar gum in my protein but might just be me. My (Chinese) boyfriend really liked the black sesame flavor and said it tastes just like black sesame desserts, but that he would finish each container in a week. I'd also really appreciate more servings in a container! Overall love the flavor, wish it didn't have guar gum, and need more servings in a container!

Favorite protein powder!

I've tried so many protein powders over the past two years and have found my favorite. I'm a huge fan of taro flavored drinks and this tastes so good without being too sweet. Compared to Boba Tea Protein, I find Nouru more natural and less artificially sweet, similar to actual Asian tasting drinks. Also a big fan of Nouru's black sesame protein powder since it's so unique. Would love to see more flavors!

Solid product

I switched to nouru because I'm very lactose intolerant and was tired of taking a lactase pill with the whey protein I used to take.

Pros:
- All three flavors are pretty good. Obviously not as good as a real matcha latte or something, but good. Not too sweet!
- 22g of protein per serving is nice, only 3g less than a serving of what I used to use.

Cons:
- Per gram, a bit more expensive than what I used to pay, especially if I were to decide I only wanted one particular flavor. It would be nice to be able to buy in bulk for a particular flavor and not just in flights.
- The ube and matcha flavors are a little on the powdery/chalky side imo.
